Its long, balanced design requires athletes to move together, making it an effective training tool for developing communication, teamwork and coordinated power.

Heavy-Duty Oxford Fabric Construction

The outer shell is manufactured from premium Oxford fabric for durability during repeated gym and competition use. Reinforced straps add strength and stability while helping the worm retain its shape under heavy training loads.

A heavy-duty zip and secure sealing system help protect the filling during demanding sessions.

Internal Filling Bags Included

The FORTE Fitness Worm includes internal filling bags designed for granulated rubber, supporting secure and balanced weight distribution throughout the worm.

For optimal shape retention and performance, we recommend using 10–20mm granulated rubber. When fully loaded, the worm weighs approximately 120–140kg, depending on the type and quantity of filling used.

The worm is supplied unfilled for easier and more economical transport. A filling service is available at an additional cost upon request.
